If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fees. Refunds of service fees are not available for cancellations made after 24 hours.

A service fee of up to $70 may apply for cruise bookings made for unaccompanied minors

Please note that bookings made via our customer support or helpdesk may be subject to higher service fees than those made online. This is primarily due to the complexity of international or multi-leg itineraries. Service fees range from $25 to $245 per passenger (up to $125 for senior citizens). Terms and conditions apply.
